MF4-S comes with a 4.0 liter V8 engine from the current (E92) BMW M3 Wiesmann is one of those specialty sports car makers you sort of recognize but don't really recall all that much about them. But maybe they deserve a little more attention. Wiesmann's designs are a unique blend of classical styling with some contemporary touches that somehow seem to fit in. They make handcrafted automobiles expertly assembled at their funky-designed production facility in Dülmen, Germany. So have a closer look at this Roadster MF4. And if the Roadster and the M and the 4 nomenclature make you think of BMW, that is not entirely incidental. The MF4-S version features a 4.0 liter V8 engine from the current (E92) BMW M3. That engine produces 420 hp and 400 Nm of torque for the 1310 kg MF4-S. The standard MF4 is powered by a 4.8 liter V8, also from BMW, producing 367 hp and 490 Nm of twist. The MF4 body panels are made of lightweight composite materials reinforced by fiberglass. The chassis is forged out of aluminum "monocoque" and the roadster features dual exhaust pipes made of stainless steel. There isn't much in this car that isn't made of highly specialized materials. Prices on the MF4 and MF4-S are 128,900 euros and 137,900
